• Flex Soft No Cut - Transfer film
• Now you can produce self-weeding transfers in white, metallic and neon colors, without a special toner and without cutting and weeding
• The most annoying step, the weeding of the flex foils, is no longer required with this new and innovative material
• Our well known 2-Paper-System now with the difference, that the A-Foil coating is colored with the single colors of White, Metallic or Neon, instead of being transparent. This offers the possibility of very fast production in a cost effective way, without investing in an expensive printing system or ploter
• It has all the combined characteristics of the established Flex Foil, with the additional benefit of our (No-Cut) system
• It can be applied to materials such as cotton, polyester, blended fabrics, nylon, leather, denim, paper, cardboard, book covers, wood, and metals; it is not recommended for fleece or softshell
• The 2-Paper-System from FOREVER gives amazing and consistent results
• First print on the transparent A-Foil, press it together with the dark opaque B-Paper LowTemp and separate both sheets from each other while hot
• Now, you have white coverage on the image through the B-Paper LowTemp, which not only increase the opacity of the transfer on dark garments, but also contributes to its wash ability
• Both steps are done at the same temperaturę
• The application tolerances are extremely high, reducing handling errors and allowing the user high flexibility
• Thickness: 100 microns
• Washing temperature: 40°C

• First pay attention to the printer's setting for the media type "film" or "light paper"
• Print the selected theme left-side (in a mirror image) on A-foil; insert the sheet into the bypass tray so that the print occurs on the matte side
• Pattern always print ONLY in black!
• Remember to set the right color intensity:
• Black and white printer: 100% Toner
• CMYK printer: 400% Toner (= C: 100% + M: 100% + Y: 100% + Black: 100%)
• White toner printer: neon colors: 100% white. Other colors: 300% Toner (= C: 100% + M: 100% + Y: 100%)
• Prepare the press - its bottom plate should be warmed up
• Place 2 sheets of photocopier paper on the bottom plate of the press
• Place the printed film face up on the press plate and place the paper with adhesive (B-Paper) on it with the manufacturer's markings up
• Cover everything with protective paper Matt Finish and a sheet of plain photocopier paper
• Weld elements at 145^oC in 90 seconds under medium press pressure
• After opening the press, remove the Matt Finish paper and using a clean cloth, rub the top of the B-Paper for even distribution of the adhesive - perform the action for about 5-10 seconds with energetic, circular motions
• Without removing everything from the press, remove the flex foil paper in one smooth motion - don't stop!
• Remove the film from the press and cut off unnecessary, unprinted fragments around the pattern
• Place the material you want to mark on the press - make sure it is free of dirt and iron it in the press for a few seconds to remove moisture
• Place the foil face down on the finished surface
• Perform transfer at 135 ^o C in 30 seconds and under medium press pressure
• Wait for it to cool completely, then smoothly remove the paper cold, keeping the angle as small as possible
• To consolidate the finished print, be sure to iron it with Matt Finish paper at 135 ^o C within 30 seconds
• NOTE: Fabric printed with Flex Soft No Cut can be washed at max. 40^oC using mild detergents

IMPORTANT: The above parameters are approximate values. Due to the different toner compositions of individual manufacturers, it is recommended to conduct tests yourself to determine the optimal parameters.
