Product description

Heat Flex PRINTSU80 is a white, matt flex foil for solvent printing, developed to be applied on sublimated polyester garments
A builtin blocker added to the polyurethane film, prevents before the dye migration process
Printable polyurethane transfer film has dimensions: 0.5 x 1 m
Thickness: 80 µm
Heat Flex PRINTSU80 is a high quality flex film adapted for solvent, ecosolvent and latex printing
The film is completely opaque and does not reveal any underlying color thanks to its silver-colored adhesive
This product can withstand multiple wash cycles
The Heat Flex PRINTSU80 is suitable for organic, synthetic, mixed fabric
Flex foils for printing (solvent) have a matte finish, patterns, welded on a T-shirt or sweatshirt, are sharp and comfortable to wear
The foil carrier is self-adhesive polyester, we print on it, cut it and welded into the material
The foil advantage is that even small parts can be cut out, even as small as 1 cm
Foil saves energy and time: 130°C - 8 sec

Application instructions:

Print and plot positive image with solvent or ecosolvent ink (without the mirror effect)
Cut the image with a plotter (45° blade) and remove the unprinted film
Transfer the cut pattern to the application tape with the printout to the adhesive layer
Cover the whole with support paper (e.g. Matt Finish)
Perform transfer to foundation at 130^oC in 8 seconds using medium press pressure.

Washing at 40^oC, wait 12 hours after application. Do not use bleach or other aggressive chemicals. Not dry in Tumble Dryer. Iron inside.
