Application manual:
- cut the pattern on the plotter in a mirror image (left-readable)
- use a blade 45o-60o
- select any unnecessary pieces of foil
- place the film on a T-shirt or other medium and heat for 12 seconds at 150oC with medium press pressure
- remove the transparent spacer after 5-7 seconds
Flex films are a very popular material used in thermal transfer. Flex heat-sealable foils are cut on a cutting plotter and then applied to the selected base using a heat transfer press. Depending on the properties of the film and the final effect, there are a lot of types heat transfer vinyls: from standard, metallic, glitter, lacquered, neon, reflective, structured and others.
