Floor guard laminating film designed to protect advertising stickers on floors in cinemas, galleries, hotels or restaurants. Floor laminate is a special, non-slip, transparent PVC film for sticking inside rooms, schools, banks, pharmacies, shops, hospitals, on stairs, etc. The cold laminated foil has an adhesive - permanent polyacrylate.
- Thickness: 100 microns (excluding protective paper and adhesive layer)
- Covering material: paper, 63 g/m2, silicone coated on one side
- Temperature resistance: on aluminum -40ºC to + 80ºC
- Chemical resistance: on aluminium (after 72 hours) at room temperature it is resistant to water, cleaning agents, alcohol and aliphatic solvents
- Adhesive strength (AFERA 5001, after 24h): 11 N/25 mm
- Abrasion resistance class: R9
- Recommended application temperature: above > 8ºC
- Shelf life: 1 year (UV resistance)
- Average shelf life: 2 years (in original packaging, at 20ºC and 50% air humidity)
- After sticking: abrasion resistance - up to 3 months, depends on the intensity of pedestrian traffic, UV resistance - 1 year (in Central European conditions, with properly applied application)
IMPORTANT:
The surface on which the foil is applied should be properly prepared: it must be free of grease, dust and other contaminants. Wait minimum 3 weeks after painting / varnising the surfaces. Check the chemical reactions between the foil and the substrate before application.
