TC7 LITE Energy Saver Heat Press - automatic clamshell modular press
The Secabo press has a fully modular design, consisting of: control unit, heating plate, lower plate, base frame, and power cable. All modules can be easily disassembled and replaced in just a few simple steps, allowing for broad customization depending on requirements.
The transfer press can optionally be equipped with interchangeable plates in various sizes, a membrane lower plate, or dual-plate slide rails.
The press opens automatically once the set time has elapsed and notifies the user with an audible signal. The pressing process can be interrupted at any time by pressing a single button. Temperature and pressing time are selected via a digital controller.
The Secabo Energy Saver press features a modern heating plate with additional insulation, which significantly reduces energy consumption – by about 60% over the entire operating cycle compared to standard presses. The applied new technologies also reduce the carbon footprint, contributing to environmental protection. Automatic shut-off and sleep mode during idle times are additional advantages that support energy savings. Efficient energy management extends the lifespan of the device, thereby improving its performance and contributing to faster amortization of purchase costs.
The device’s temperature and operating time are set using a digital controller.
The pressure is adjusted using a knob located on top of the heating plate. The press also features an additional cover on the heating plate to protect the user from burns.
Stable and uniform heat distribution across the working plate ensures consistent, high-quality transfer prints.
The TC7 Smart Energy Saver 40 × 50 heat press is equipped with an innovative Bluetooth interface, which, together with the free Secabo Smart Transfer app, enables remote control of the press. The user can select the type of fabric or material to be printed, and the app will adjust the optimal combination of temperature, time, and pressure.
New features of the electronic control unit include, in addition to temperature and pressing time settings, functions such as pre-pressing, counter, sleep mode and automatic shut-off, the ability to store up to 10 transfer parameter settings in the press memory, and many more.
