Heat transfer presses are used to apply graphics onto target materials using high temperature and pressure. They differ in opening mechanisms (manual or automatic, clamshell or swing-away), temperature range, and additional parameters.
This diversity allows you to perfectly match the press to your individual needs — ideal for printing on T-shirts, hoodies, bags, and various other materials.

• The TPD7 SMART x Laser is a dual-plate heat press that operates using compressed air, simplifying operation while ensuring consistent and repeatable print quality.
  Designed for professional, high-volume production, both 40 x 50 cm plates provide a large working area.
  The dual working surface ensures a smooth and continuous workflow — while one plate is operating, the other can already be prepared for the next job.
  The parallel alignment of the heating plate with the lower plates ensures easy access to the entire work area.
• The heating head is manually moved horizontally, allowing convenient positioning over the selected lower plate.
  The vertical movement of the head guarantees uniform pressure on the transferred materials without shifting them.
• The TPD7 press opens automatically after the preset pressing time has elapsed.  The heating process can be interrupted at any time by pressing a single button. Temperature and pressing time are controlled via a digital controller.
• The TPD7 SMART x Laser features a fully modular design consisting of:  a control head with a pneumatic heating plate, lower plates, base, power cable, and a laser positioning system (four lasers with mount).  All modules can be easily disassembled and replaced in just a few steps, providing great flexibility for upgrades and customization.
  Optional interchangeable plates of various sizes are also available.
• Control is managed via an intelligent controller in combination with the Secabo Smart App, operated through Bluetooth.
  This allows digital management of temperature, time, and pressure, as well as storing recurring settings — optimizing workflow and minimizing potential errors.
• Thanks to the integrated laser positioning system, the TPD7 SMART x Laser enables precise placement of transfers on the printing surface.
