      Product description

Flex films are a very popular material used in thermal transfer. Flex heat-sealable foils are cut on a cutting plotter and then applied to the selected base using a heat transfer press. Depending on the properties of the film and the final effect, there are a lot of types heat transfer vinyls: from standard, metallic, glitter, lacquered, neon, reflective, structured and others. At your request, we can provide you a flex or flock foil sample - please ask your sales representative for details.

Heatflex Sublistop flex foil with adhesive backing

      • The flex thermal transfer foil is made of high-quality matte polyurethane foil, coated with adhesive on one side (the adhesive is thermally activated - under the influence of the heat of the transfer press).
      • Flex foil with a colour blocker has very good coverage - it effectively blocks the penetration of fabric color, making it ideal for application to substrates dyed in the sublimation process
      • Flex foils are thin, flexible and stretchable, so when heated they work with the fabric - comfortable to wear
      • Flex is a durable, resistant thermal transfer material - it does not wash, crack or fade
      • Heatflex Sublistop foil for thermal transfer is suitable for welding on many types of substrates: cotton, polyester, nylon
      • Due to its full coverage, the white anti-migration flex foil can be applied to fabrics of various colors, both light and dark.
      • Washing resistance: Maximum temperature: 60°C
      • The foil is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified - it is environmentally friendly and safe for the skin of allergy sufferers and small children.

      Application instructions

      • Cut the selected motif on the plotter in a mirror image (left legible); a knife with a cutting angle of 45oC should cut the foil itself without the transparent polyester liner
      • Weed off the unnecessary parts of the foil
      • Place the foil on a T-shirt or other medium and heat it for 10 seconds at 140oC.
      • Peel off the transparent liner hot (immediately after opening the press)
