Heat Transfer Presses are used to transfer graphics onto the target substrate using high temperature and pressure. Heat presses differ in their opening mechanisms (manual or automatic presses, clamshell or swing-away), temperature ranges, and additional features. This variety of heat transfer presses allows for the perfect machine setup tailored to individual needs—whether for printing on t-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, or other media. They can be used with techniques such as sublimation, flex and flock films, sublimation flex and flock, solvent-based transfers, DTF, or laser and inkjet printer transfers.
TS5 38 x 38 cm Economy heat transfer press is a manual swing-away press.
The TS5 Economy heat press is an easy-to-use, manual swing-away press for printing.
Its digital controller allows you to set the pressing time and temperature. Once the set time has elapsed, the press signals completion with an audible alert.
Pressure is adjustable via a knob located on the top of the heating platen.
The large opening angle of the press makes it convenient to prepare materials before printing.
Manually closing the pressure lever starts the transfer process.
The press’s modular design allows it to be customized with a range of additional platens, providing both beginners and professionals with the flexibility they need.
Thanks to its compact size, the TS5 Economy press can be used as a portable, mobile press—for example, at sporting events, corporate gatherings, or outdoor events to create on-the-spot prints.
