Plugins for Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw are under development and currently have limited functionality and do not allow you to use the full capabilities of the plotter, therefore we recommend using the Sign Master program to fully support Skycut plotters.

Vinyl cutting

The Skycut CX16 plotter has adjustable roller spacing, that allows for maximum use of the foil surface. The plotter can also cut small pieces of foil with a width of 10 cm without a mat.

Print cutting

Skycut plotters are equipped with a high-quality camera that enables precise cutting of printouts. The camera can read tags in any color that have been printed on a variety of materials, such as paper, reflective foils, vinyl, flex, flock and even transparent foil sheets.

Autofeeder

The autofeeding system – i.e. automatic sheet loading – is a great solution for the production of stickers. Just place a sheet of paper or foil on the plotter rollers, and then the device will automatically load them under the rollers! This option is perfect for sticker production or repeat cutting to speed up your design work.

Construction of the Skycut CX16 plotter

Touch Screen

The device has a color touch screen with high sensitivity. It allows easy operation of the device by providing the most important functions of the Skycut CX16 plotter. It includes, among others, operations such as repeating the last action or multiple duplication of a pattern, which allow you to configure pattern duplication based on the table grid, which allows you to select the number of columns and rows and set the distance between repeated patterns.

Adjustable pressure rollers

The position of each of the pinch rollers can be individually set to match their spacing to the material being cut. This allows you to use the plotter without a cutting mat.

Metal covers

The plotter's cover is made of metal, which makes it much more durable and stable. The device also has a professional, modern design.

Lighting

The plotter has built-in LED lighting with the ability to change the color of the light. This makes it easier to work in dark rooms and when cutting in the evening. Illumination also improves the precision of reading marks for the Print&Cut function.
